LATE SEASON SKIING...

Updated: Mar 31, 2023

NEWSFLASH *** skiing doesn't end in March ***

As we enter April this is your reminder that there is still plenty of time to get your fix on the slopes... In Val d'Isere the lifts remain open into May and here are my top reasons why you should book that cheeky late season trip!

  • The days are longer and generally warmer

  • Sunny terraces for lunch & apres ski

  • The high altitude and recent dumps of snow means the pistes are set for the duration

  • Quieter slopes

  • Some great deals to be had on all elements of your trip

The best day will start with a leisurely breakfast as you wait for the snow to soften up a little. A good hard ski from 10am to 2pm will ensure you're ready to enjoy lunch on a sun drenched terrace as things turn a bit slushy on the lower slopes. And then you can wend your way to another sunny terrace for a cheeky rosé or two. All the necessary ingredients for a perfect holiday!
